LOL Bowtie! I have to wonder if they are in good working order without a drop of foam left on them, why even bother to replace it?
Just for Ha Ha's one of these days I would love to get a pair like this and mount them up.
Give them just one shot of around 100WPC and lets see how far I can **** the cones accross my living room, spiders, wires and all.
I also love the ones where the guy is selling a pair of 811B or 511B horns with no drivers yet he claims they sound great.
Whats he doing, blowing them???
Better yet is the seller with a pair of 802s that work great except they have no diaphragms!!!
We need to start a section here for these odd ball auctions that anyone with a **** of sense can get a chuckle from.
I bought a nice Yamaha pre amp once listed as cosmetically challenged but works great. When it arrived there was no lights, camera or action.
Opened it up and found half the printed circuit boards gone. Seller claimed damage in shipping and both ebay and PP sided with the seller!
There is allot of funny business out there so why not get some laughs out of it!

There is a set of 2x12" front loaded horns in Germany for 2000 bucks emty being marketed as JBL.
To the best of my knowledge JBL never built such an animal.
So a bunch of plywood made into an unknown brand cabinet for 2000 clams.
Personally wouldn't offer ten cents on the dollar.
Caveat Emptor.
